STACEY HOLDEN  BA (Hons) DipICCH
I am a trainer in the field of interpersonal skills, crystal therapist and mum of  four-year-old twin girls! But that is not all, oh no that is not all!

OK, qualifications and experience: the BA (Hons) is in Business Studies, the DipICCH is in crystal healing, I have a background in Organisation Development and Training and I am a mum of the "follow your own instincts" kind.

None of this "training" however, prepared me for the "WOW" I got when I first got into Nine Star Ki and read information about myself. To say it is scarily accurate is an understatement and on some things, particularly specific too!

My passion for Nine Star Ki astrology (also known as Feng Shui astrology) started in 1996 at a time when I was responsible for designing and running intensive personal awareness workshops for the Unipart Group. On my own personal journey of development, I questioned my skills and strengths, attitudes and behaviours. Nine Star Ki astrology provided a clear explanation of my innate potential and many realisations about my character that other personality profiles and psychometric assessment tools were unable to explain.

Having trained in Nine Star Ki astrology with experts from the UK and USA, I discovered its accuracy, relevance and ability to empower. The only thing was, many of the texts are still in quite "yin/yang" language. So I have pioneered the creation of Ki Personality Profiles using the language of today and writing from a positive perspective rather than  "not language" ("should not", "must not", "do not!")

Ki Personality Profiles are development tools for individuals, teams and organisations and my aim is to encourage more people to tap into the profound wisdom of Nine Star Ki, hence making it more readily accessible.

RICHARD HOLDEN  BSc (Hons) MA MRICS
I am a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years experience in commercial property, a business coach  and dad to the aforementioned twin girls! 

OK, to my qualifications and experience: The BSc (Hons) is in Urban Estate Management, the MA is in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, the MRICS means I am a member of the Royal Institution (never "Institute" - a little bug bear of mine!) of Chartered Surveyors and I am a dad of the "let's play" kind!

I joined the Ki Training partnership in 2001, bringing my experience of developing strong client and team relationships with me. This is what I had always found myself doing quite naturally in whatever employed role I'd taken. I am also a trained facilitator of team building and team development events. And I too have an appreciation of the powerful contribution that Nine Star Ki astrology can make in everyday life and for unlocking potential. You know, you can even tap into the "energy" of the day, month and year to discover if you are "in the flow" - quite enlightening , for example to learn when to push ahead with a project and when to let it be.

So to sing our own praises for a moment - Stacey is really great at seeing what people are capable of and what is going on in any given moment. I can see how to get people to work really well together. WOW what a team!
