Managing Client Expectations
Develop long-term collaborative and trusting relationships with clients (colleagues, customers, agents, suppliers) by:
- Working as a natural team, involving active input from 1 - 3 key clients.
- Understanding the dynamic complexity of multi-team relationships.
- Clarifying expectations and their impact on all parties and working together to meet needs.
- Creating client/organisation shared objectives.
- Identifying the information flows, gaps, overlaps, pressures and conflicts.
- Simplifying information flows and improving communications and key processes.
- Harnessing individuals’ strengths and overcome weaknesses (supported with Personal Ki Profiles).
- Promoting teamwork and the ability to resolve problems quickly and creatively.
- Sharing best practice and jointly preparing for future challenges.
- Understanding needs – personal and organisational, and those of colleagues and ‘clients’.
