Resolve problems quickly and creatively by:
- Using a proven, easy to use framework and process within which problems can be defined, causes identified and desired solutions found.
- Outlining techniques to understand the true cause of problems and to generate ideas for alternative solutions.
- Evaluating the consequences of all solutions proposed.
- Developing an action plan to implement the chosen solution and to evaluate results.
